Return Policy

Shoeszoo.com offers a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on many items that we sell. Due to supplier and manufacturer restrictions, some on sale items will be non-refundable, and any return is subject to prior approval fromShoeszoo.com. Items that are in new, unused, and unwashed condition can be returned without restriction, within 30 days of purchase, unless marked as unreturnable. All items returned to us must be shipped pre-paid, and must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.

Free Exchange Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returning products, but replacement products requested in exchange for returned products are shipped free of charge.

Shipping Policy

We process your orders and shipment as soon as possible, within 2 business days. Many orders ship within 1 day. We use Canada Post Airmail to ship your orders, fast, reliable and safety.

Once an order is processed and shipped, please allow up to 7 business days for Shipping.

Shipping & Risks during Shipping - When products are shipped to you by common carrier, shoeszoo.com’s liability to you for breakage and/or non-delivery of the products by the common carrier to you will be limited by the limits of liability provided by the common carrier's terms and conditions of carriage. We will purchase a limited insurance from loss or breakage during carriage for full insurable value of the products you have ordered.
